Fwd: [Scriptoris] the Sable Talon...

I recall some discussion about it at Gulf Wars' Ansteorran court, 
but don't know if it's been formalized.  The Crown mentioned keeping the 
Sable Talon as insignia, but don't know if that will be on-going or just
for the original 'Optio' members who are being rolled into the Sable Talon. 

I'm sure that Darius, Star-Signet, will let scribes know soon as an insignia and text are decided,

if one is even wanted; as Signet will want new charters designed for it.  If the insignia (ie. a
badge) is to be submitted to the College of Arms, it could be several months before Ansteorra
knows if the badge and award name are approved.  Though, was a badge already approved for the
'Optio', that could be transferred to this new award?  That would certainly save on time, I guess.
