[Scriptoris] award wording question

And the same way, it works for 
'at Gulf Wars', or 
'in Ansteorra, at Gulf Wars', or 
'in our presence at Gulf Wars' 
as if the Ansteorran lands at Gulf Wars, *is* Ansteorran land, 
as is true for an embassy in foreign soil.  
(been there, done that!)
