As the document is "OFFICIAL Awards Texts for the Kingdom of Ansteorra"
(emphasis mine), it can only include officially recognized and recognizeable
awards.  Since the various baronies' non-armigerous honors are neither
officially recognized nor officially recognizeable (see Corpora), they cannot
be included.  

This is the same reason that those honors, and the existence of those honors,
are not included in the Roll of Precedence for the Kingdom of Ansteorra.  It is
the responsibility of the local group to keep track of all information
regarding unofficial local honors.  

I'm using the word "honors" here to avoid using the word "award", since it's
illegal under Corpora  for non-royals to set up and give out awards.
