Details:
"Lustre: Spiritual Treasures & Sensual Pleasures" will be on display in the MD Anderson Library at
UH Main Campus, from October 11, 2005 through February 17, 2006. It is an exhibition of Medieval
Texts & Images from Houston Collections.

There are also student works on display: a hand-made book, made in the style of the bibles made
for Kings in the middle ages. (It's made of wood, purple pigskin leather, gold-plated brass and
copper, sterling silver, carneilians, and garnets.)
