I was poking around the internet looking into subjects about Sir Walter Raleigh, with respect the
the movie anticipated next fall of the sequel to Elizabeth, called 'The Golden Age'.   I found
this charter to Raleigh by Elizabeth, and thought some would enjoy the text.
