[Scriptoris] Announcing scribes for commissions of Champion scrolls ?

Hillary,

That would perhaps motivate scribes to complete their commissions, and it 
may also scare off/make the scribe think seriuosly about the time to 
complete their work(bad, and good for the overcommitted. This is a volunteer 
organization. Lets keep it fun). While failure to complete a commission 
appears to be a hallmark of a great artist (like Michaelangelo Buonarroti), 
I'm not sure if we want to encourage that behavior. In period, I believe 
both Michaelangelo and Leonardo fled their city to avoid the wrath of the 
commissioner (also their creditors).  Which will elicit the greatest good 
for the group (of scribes, the group or individual commissioning, and the 
SCA as a whole)?
