[Scriptoris] Charter Painting Table at Steppes Twelfth Night

Greetings all,

I will have two donations to the Scribal section of the Heraldic
Library.  I can also bring some of my personal books if anyone likes.
I have spent way too much time with Hillary; her book habit has rubbed
off on me!
