[Scriptoris] KWHSS Classes and Proceedings

Scribes, 
Knowne World Heraldic and Scribal Symposium is set for this coming June 16-18th.  Aside from a
myriad of wars, KWHSS is 'the' annual, national SCA conference event for scribes.  

The autocrat is in especial need of scribal classes of all kinds; and may be able to offer a third
scribal class track if enough classes are booked. Many Gleann Abhann scribes are busy with the
work of a new young kingdom, so scribal class teachers are sought from outside the host kingdom.

Also, the 'Proceedings' is the annual journal containing articles on all subjects heraldic and
scribal.  In years past, scribal articles have been few.  I encourage you to take a look at your
kingdom handbook, web articles and class handouts - and turn them into an article for this year's

The deadlines for proceedings articles is April 15th.  Please 
contact THL Colm Dubh at scat at cfl.rr.com to be included.  The 2006 
KWHSS Proceedings will be available for $15.

Class deadline is May 15th.  We will have five class tracks:  
omnastics, armory, administrative and practical heraldry, beginning 
scribal arts, and advanced scribal arts.  Please contact Barun Rory 
ua Riada at DDugga at lsuhsc.edu to schedule your class.
