[Scriptoris] Scribes available for commissions for the Crown

Greetings Scribes, 
This reign is not yet over, and soon a new one begins with the potential for private commissions
to be placed to fulfill the needs of the Crown.  Currently, the scrolls upcoming may include
several Crown champions, a Pennsic prize scroll and perhaps some stepping down scrolls for the
current Crown.
