[Scriptoris] recent article on cutting quills

Greetings,
  The John Neal folks have an excellent publication called Bound and Lettered,
  (formerly Tabellae Ansatae) a quarterly on artists books, bookbinding, papercraft and calligraphy.
  The first issue this year Vol. 5 Number 1 has two articles on quills " A Closer Look at Feathers and Quill Pens" and " Curing and Cutting a Quill Pen" ..this second article has the page from the Calligraphers
  Handbook, incorporated into the article. The magazine would now be available as a back issue from John Neal Books www.JohnNealBooks.com .
