[Scriptoris] Painted charters for webpage - permission form to use

This question was discussed a bit at the Round Table meeting.
The issue was not really that the artisan stated they were willing to have painted copies of
charters online, but that the last line states the submitter of the work is the sole creator of
the work. However, if the painter is not the creator of the original design, then this form will
not work in that instance.

It was suggested to modify the Charter permission form to work for the occasion where a painter
submits work for a charter gallery that they painted, but didn't create the original line
illumination and calligraphy for. I'll be getting with Alexis soon to see if he believes an
additional line option is necessary or just modification. This way we can use just the one form
for all Scribal concerns.

Till then, just use the Chroniclers permission form for painted charters that you didn't create,
as gives the option of collaboration. Please use the Charter permission form for original
charter designs where you or a team created the illumination and calligraphy.

Thanks, Hillary
