[Scriptoris] Tables wanted for Scribes contest at Coronation/Queens' this weekend

Scribes, 
The stewards for this weekends Coronation/Queen's event have very generously allowed the scribes
to piggy-back our Scribes Populace Choice and Insignia Contests onto their event, and have
provided us a large outdoor tent and some tables to use.  

However, tables are in limited supply. I don't know how many scrolls will be entered, so it's hard
to tell how many tables we will need.   

If you have a table you can donate for the contests, and it's no trouble to bring to the event,
please do so.  Hopefully, we won't require it, but just in case....

Bring any scroll stands if you want to use them for display.  Also, as this event is out of doors,
you may wish to bring a plastic tub to stash your scroll into if the weather turns nasty.   Please
put all original scrolls into a frame, even if temporary, to protect from the elements.  Digital
scroll copies are your call on how you want to display.    Portfolios and other scrolls can be
displayed on a space available basis only.
