Good post.  Anything by MIchelle P Brown and Patricia Lovett is generally considered good.  

You guys should also consider subscribing to Oxbow's e-mail list, they will send you updates on
selected title categories (ie.manuscripts) that you are interested in, and they have some great
sales.
