Ok, seems there is interest in Charter Painting at Coronation. 
  This was not original requested of the autocrats, so I don't want to force the issue at this late date.  There are to be 3-4 tables for the scribes contests.  
   
  *IF* (and only if) there is additional table space in the scribal area for a bit of charter painting, I'll bring the kingdom paint supplies and charters.  Seems like there are at least three interested in painting, perhaps others as well.  
   
  I will have a good size box of scrolls to distribute, and the regionals for Central and Southern may want to bring their scroll boxes as well so pass out as needed.
