Greetings, 
  If you are on the Red Tape list, Duchess Julia, Kingdom Seneschal, has requested contact information for all local officers to the regionals, to be put on the Roster Warrants for the Crown to sign.  
   
  This does not apply to the local scribes in office as Guild Principals.  
  Only the Regional Scribes, Golden Scroll, and the Web Admin. are currently warranted in the College of Scribes.  
   
  Local scribal officers can be warranted by their local branch, if their seneschal wishes, if the scribe is responsible for funds, but most are not.
