[Scriptoris] Scribe needed for commission for Pennsic Rapier scroll

  The details have been finalized for Pennsic and the Crown finds they are in need of a Prize scroll for Pennsic.  This will be a simple texts, in an 8.5 x 11 size. The due date needs to be very soon, by Steppes Artisan weekend (July 28th) at the latest.
