Wow, yeah that answers my question.  I did misread that & was also told wrong.  I WAS under the impression the scroll portion applied to Kingdom award charters.  Haven't created an original scroll yet so oh well, but I thank you very much for clarifying that.  Pretty sure I have a nobility charter or Kings/Queens glove that may apply, just need to paint it!  well.... would need to paint it anyway.
