Subject: [ANSTHRLD] From Star: New Zodiacus

Greetings to one and all!

I am pleased to announce that the new Zodiacus Herald, as of Round
Table, will be Alejandro Ramirez Mendoza. He is following in the
footsteps of Countess Sara Penrose, who has certainly done our
kingdom, and myself, a great deal of service. I cannot express how
thankful and honored I am for being able to work with her, and look
forward to Alejandro's tenure as well.
