[Scriptoris] Question

I like to paint the black line.....that way I can "correct" any boo-boo's I might have done like painting ON the line

Two schools of thought. One says that it is better to paint your scrolls then 
lack line them and the other says black line then paint.
hat is the general thought from this discussion board?
