Greetings all, 
If you saw this months Black Star article from Star Signet, you were advised 
that a new Coastal Regional Signet scribe has been announced. 

Congratulations to Honorable Lady Joanna the Spinner of Seawinds in being tapped 

as the next Coastal Signet.  Joanna will be the Coastal branch Scribal Guilds 
source 

for unpainted Ansteorran award charters to paint up for the Crown. 

Joanna will be at the Defenders of the Rose Tournament this weekend, at the 
Seawinds Hospitality tent. Scribes of the Coastal region should swing by and 
introduce yourself.   I'll be handing off the Coastal Signet supplies, so 
charter 

scrolls will be on site for those needing them for their branch.
