[Scriptoris] Current Charter & Insignia Needs

Good Day to all,

His Excellency Master Duncan has provided a list of the painted Charter
and Insignia counts.  Here is a quick list of those Charters and Insignia
most needed:

*Talons - both charters and Insignia are in critical need*
*Rising Star - both charters and Insignia are in critical need*
*Centurion - both are needed but not critical need*
*Star of Merit - both are needed but not in critical need*

And, as always, AoAs are needed.

I would ask each of the Regional Signets to try to decimate those scrolls
most needed at this time.

Please let Mistress Radegundis know as you turn in Insignia to the Crown, HE
Master Duncan or your local Regional Signets (or myself).  It helps her know
what we are in most need of.
