At Round Table, Elisava and I had discussed proximity to the branches in the SE end of the kingdom, specifically:  
        Stargate, Gates Edge, Loch Soillier, Bordermarch and Shadowlands.  
You still report, and send posts as usual to Elisava, but I'm going to have a set of masters and the approved charter papers and will be able to provide you with charter copies to paint for your guilds - since I'm closer to you and see a lot of you more frequently due to logistics.  
 
If you are attending an event that Elisava is going to, let her know in advance of any charter needs and she can get you a packet too... 
So now, you have multiple options for charter copies.
