[Scriptoris] Looking for an award constitution...

These award texts and constitutions for the Sable Flur and Sable Sparrow appeared in the September 2012 issue of the Black Star.  
Are these currently valid, or are further changes being made?  
 
Even though these are in print, I figured Star Signet would advise the scribes when they are formally approved for creating of new charter award scrolls.   
Are there badges also being registered for the design images?

The constitution documents are in the process of being revised. They'll be placed online when they are complete.

However, be mindful that the award names have not yet been passed and registered.
