[Scriptoris] Northern Regional Signet Position Open for Applications

Greetings Scribes of the Northern Region!

The time has come to open the Northern Regional Signet position for
applications! The current term of office ends, and the new begins, at this
coming Round Table. So if you are interested in taking up this position,
please send me an application (at star-signet at herald.ansteorra.org ) by
January first. The official announcement will be in the December Black
Star, and I will have this open for the rest of November and all of
December. My thanks to Lady Rose de la Rose for her time and effort as
