[Scriptoris] Devin granted Court Barony at AHSS 2016

Congrats to Devin Phelan O'Donnabhain who received a Court Barony at the 2016 AHSS event on Saturday, 
in part for the work he has done as Sable Scroll and the lovely scribal work he has made for others.Devin was formerly of Raven's Fort for many years, and currently in the Steppes area.
