As promised, here is our preliminary agenda for this Saturday's meeting.

   Increasing heraldic education for both heralds and the Kingdom at large
   4.

   Update and revamp the warranting process
   5.

   Modernize the submissions process, including exploring electronic
   submissions and payments
   6.

   Increase communication, including hosting regional meetings
   7.

   Increase collaboration with the College of Scribes
   8.

   Foster and better coordinate vocal heraldry
   9.

   Revamp of CoH/S website
   10.

   Ansteorran Heraldic and Scribal Symposium
   11.

   Open Offices
   12.

   Local offices
   13.

   Q&A, time permitting
   14.

   Final words & dismissal - Go forth and spread the heraldic love!

The Agenda for the Scribe's meeting will largely be the purview of Star
Signet, so please let her know if you have items you would like discussed!
That said, I will be stealing a bit of time in the beginning to briefly
discuss: 1. COH Collaboration 2. Budgets! - what they're good for. 3.
