At least Leon was used in at least one Germanic name; Reaney & Wilson
(3rd ed.) derive Leonard from Old Germanic Leon+Hard 'lion-bold'.
Thus it's not utterly *impossible*, like "Abdul O'Hapsburg the
Scottish Klingon".

However, just lion+star?  I have no evidence of any vaguely similar
name.  Unless there's evidence, I'm afraid this is *probably* a non-starter.
