I think that should be our attitude ... but I think a reminder
on the paper would be good.

As for participation: I suggest polling paid SCA Inc. members
and non-members as well, for the pragmatic reason that it gets
more people involved.  (As well, I have certain philosophical
disagreements with "pay-to-play" in the SCA, but that can easily
become a flamewar and is not really germaine to the Southern list,
so please just ignore this part.)
