This is just a suggestion if a meeting is held at crown or any other
event. Allow plenty of time for the discussion. When the topic came up
in central an hour and a half was woefully inadequate.
You might to advertise the discussion on the event announcement so
everyone in the region has knowledge of the meeting.
I would strongly suggest you have one person in charge of recognizing
people, keep comments to a limited time (just like a debate) and start
off with eother pro or cons.
I hope these ideas will help with you discussion about a southern region
