SR - Committee Lists

I haven't heard anymore about the principality committees.  What are they?
How many are there?  Are there any vacantcies?  How do you get on them?

And what about the regional news letter?  I had volunteered to get it
reproduced here in Middleford, but I haven't seen or heard anything?  Is it
still in the works?
