Admirable as this sounds, it would also be shot down for the same
reason that nobody wanted the Kingdom to be split into three
principalities....not everyone wants to become a member of a
principality (or so I gather from the posting of votes on the website).

However, on the face of it, this is a good suggestion in terms of
organization.

But then, that's just me.
