How about a black star issuant from base, like the sun is on the current
Ansteorran arms?  It solidifies a heraldic tradition ala "Rising from..,"  

I would like to personally volunteer to help coordinate the Corpora/Laws
stuff.  If I'm going to be anal retentive, I might as well put it to good
use. :)
