Greetings!

	Lynol the suggestion for having a group of volunteers for
disseminating the information to the populace is wonderful...Perhaps
the regional senechal's for those intrested area's might be a good
choice.  The area's affected (or is that infected) might like to be
kept up to date on each new eliment going into the discussion.  
	If the same questions keep coming up, perhaps they are not being
answered to everyones liking and or understanding.
