THANK GOD! Someone has some comment! good!

OK I can buy that. I did put a provision in there for things like that----

>a. Committee members may appoint others to assist with record keeping,
Kingdom Law and Corpora research, FAQ writing, Principality law writing,
etc. as the Committee feels is necessary. These appointees shall not be
members of the Committee, and shall have no powers derived from such membership.

HL Richard Fairborn has done a great deal of work for us and he lives in
Steppes. I can see having the Kingdom seneschal & drop dead deputy as de
facto members. Part of the Committees duty is to maintain communication to
the Kingdom level. As for outside groups, this is one of the reasons I'm
starting to favor having one person per group on the committee.

For your line of work (heraldry) being online is great, I didnt mean that
every member would have to be at every meeting. As long as people stay informed.

>d.: What does "impartial" mean?

Being able to put your personal interests aside for the "Greater good".
Another reason I'm liking the "one person from each group", it's almost
like having a elected representative, one who would bring their groups
concerns to the committee.

>I do NOT advocate misfeasance or malfeasance -- "oopsie, I
>misplaced that suggestion!"

damn straight, thats what we all want to avoid.
