I just want to repeat something I said at the Fynnon Gath meeting.   In helping Aaron Harper a little with the Courtiers event this fall it became apparent that not all shires and baronies work the same way.  So please, when Aquilanne and Corwin's steward for the warlord event come to your group to make a proposal and ask for your physical and financial help, please be gentle with them.  If they approach the wrong person first, kindly tell them who they "should" be talking to to make the proposal.   

With all of the groups in the South coming together to do an event, the financing will be an interesting experience.  I believe Keif has prior knowledge of this type of event and I hope he will share his expertise with us so that we don't make any mistakes.
