hello Radegund here,

i'd like to address a couple of issues from Crystal's post.

i agree somewhat with what i think Crystal's saying. i think having valid arguments
for and valid arguements against is essential to a reasoned discussion, but i also
feel the burden of providing convincing arguments should be on the shoulders of
those who think a change is a good idea.

perhaps this is (also?) an issue of the arbitrariness of the regional boundaries.
it sounds like shadowlands and ravensfort have very close ties to stargate, a lot of
mutual interaction, etc. why aren't SL and RF in the coastal region since it
appears that those ties are strongest? please don't interpret this as i don't want
you in the southern region, go play with someone else. i'm trying to evaluate the
group dynamic i've heard described.

i can't speak for bryn gwlad, but as a denizen of bjornsborg, i can say that we
don't travel as a group very much anymore. we do have individuals and small groups
going hither and thither, but as a large, unruly mob, no, we don't travel. perhaps
we should, or at least the individuals and small groups need to be a lot louder, so
as to trumpet the Bjornsborg presence. <g>

perhaps the reality of group dynamics should be reflected in the up-to-now partially
arbitrary regional boundaries. just a thought.
