still, having a large block of the principality peerage standing for you would go a long 
way to help the process along, no?  

moderately related question .. based on the *rough* boundaries discussed so far, 
anyone come up with estimates on the numbers / percentages of existing peers in all 
the orders that would initially reside in the new entity?? ... same question on populace 
numbers / percentages.
