SR - call for newsletter info

There seems to be some concern about who will be doing the printing of the
newsletter.  My suggestion is send a copy to each of the regions chroniclers
at whatever interval is agreed upon and let them include it with their
regular news letter.  The distribution system is already there.  Folks
already send event announcements and the such to them.  They are warrented
officers who have had the Chroniclers class.  Since it's a region thing, the
groups within the region should be paying the bulk of the cost; not some
poor soles, bless their hearts.
