SR - Names

My understanding is that the current crop of suggested names was to be
circulated in the "newsletter" along with a call for other (non-net)
submissions.  ALL of these were then to be published in the 3d newsletter as a
ballot.., select your 5 favorite.  The top vote getters would again be published
as a ballot to select the finalists.

Unfortunately, there seems to be precious little else going on to warrant
publishing another Lion's Tale..., except for the ballot ideas and the suggested
laws.

The fervor seems to have subsided a bit.
