I am now taking feast reservations for Academy of the Courtier Nov. 
13-15. The feast fee of $6 includes both lunch and dinner! I am cooking 
for a limited number so get your reservations in now! You can email your 
reservation to me at difirenze at usa.net (sca and mordern name please).

These are period French recipes - all tested by our cooks guild and 
members of our barony and very yummy!

Lombard Chicken Pasties (chicken hand pies)
Stuffed Eggs (deviled eggs)
Herb Torta (spinach & cheese pie)
Honey Nut Conserve (candy made with nuts and honey)

Dinner

Bread
Chickpea puree (not quite hummus but good!)
Cold Pork Loin Raost with Warm Sauces (Must Sauce, Cameline Sauce)
Almond Chicken Cuminade (chicken in an almond, cumin sauce)
Honey Glazed Vegetables (veggies glazed with honey)
Pears in Wine Syrup (pears cooked with wine, dates & sugar)
