If merely placing "New" (in one language or another) would sufficiently
difference "Lyonesse".., would something like "The Plains of..." suffice, as
well?  If such a "land feature" oriented name were passable, the "Lyonesse"
portion could be "commonly" used, to the exclusion of the "land feature" part.
