Regional Names (Was RE: SR - Old subject)

	By the way, I wasn't meaning to impugn anyone's efforts when I asked
what was going on with the name thing. It had just been a while since I
heard anything and I had simply forgotten what was going on. I don't doubt
that people are doing their level best to what is necessary for the region,
I'm just scatterbrained. :)

I can answer in part.  Daniel and I have been gathering all the info we can
from the various name gurus.  Several of them are academics, who went from
finals crunch to vacation to registration crunch, so have only had a brief
time to comment.  Any names for which we have no comments will have to be
researched.  I'm supposed to collate the commentary we receive, then Daniel
will be figuring out how/who to research remaining names. 

I haven't counted, but I think we had somewhere around 30 names, so there's
quite a bit of work involved if there's not a specialist to take a good run
at
them.  My goal is to have the comments collated by the end of the month.
