Isobel,

The last message I sent you bounced, so I'll see what this one does.

Ffynnon Gath will sponsor the party area of the event if that is acceptable. 
  Either Ffynnon Gath or the Amazon Household has done this for several 
Bjornsborg and Bryn Gwlad events with good results.  It is important that 
the  party area is designated on the site map and posted at the troll booth. 
   Mari can tell you about how we handled it.  If you are interested, please 
let me know.
