SR - Crown as a discussion time

Crown tourny will indeed be a busy time after the fighting, but face
it, during the fighting with the first two rounds last between 1-2
hours a discussion can be held any time, if the autocrat is willing. 
Crown, unless you are fighting or being fought for, is just a perfect
time to sit and while the hours away talking.
