Thanks for the clarification on your position.  I was wondering if this 
'champions' thing was supposed to be an official selection procedure or 
just another reason for another tournament.  I believe the discussion 
about the SR champion(s) has proceeded without a clear idea of what a 
regional champion is supposed to be.  Hopefully there will be some 
discussion of what it is, not just how to get it.
