SR - The word for the SR Meeting on voting

Greetings;
	Really I have not forgotten that the Southern Region exists.  I will
be at Hero of the Temple this weekend.  (for those interest in a
seneschals class get with me and we will talk) 
	I have been listening to the discussion on how to take a voting poll
for many things and I am going to be very blunt on this subject.  We
are not trying to rewrite the rules and we are not a democratic
Society.   The list will come from Daniel, who does excellent work. 
This discussion on the names that Daniel provides (if there are more
than 10) will take place Defender of the Fort Sept. 17-19.  I will be
running the meeting, with a time in the afternoon set aside for this
by the autocrat.  This is a ways off, but A Day in the Manor is just
too close for something for this important to the Region to be a spur
of the moment.  
	The Seneschals of the SR Groups will be getting a list of the top 10
names from this event, discussions will be held at the local level for
two to three months.  This way EVERYBODY will have a say.  At that
time, the top three will be voted upon by the populace.  Those three
names will then be sent to the Kingdom Heralds office, the Kingdom
Seneschal's office, and to the Crown for the final say.
