SR - Regional Naming

I personally do not feel that they should be included at this point since
this is a name for the Southern Region of Ansteorra, as it exists now. If
we move on to form a principality ( I hope that saying _principality_
doesn't hurt any ones delicate sensibilities) then the question of who
wants to be part of it will bring them in on a _new_ name question at
that time. We may have found at that time that we don't like the name we
picked for the region, and can change it if we want.

However, the question of which groups get to vote on the name for the
region is really up the Lady Sosha as SRS.
