This is a good example.

Daniel is right, there are details to be settled.  We need to have a person 
appointed by the Regional Seneschal to be in charge of what goes on the 
ballot so that what ever is chosen will be registerable.  Who better but a 
herald.  I would nominate Daniel for the job.  Not only has he researched a 
lot of the suggestions, but he has kept track of all the goings on.
