I think we would get the most input and feedback if branch seneschals
brought up the idea at a local meeting. They could take further
suggestions for names and for voting procedures. This data would then be
sent to the regional seneschal for decision. Everyone would be able to
attend the meeting, even if they didn't have a computer, and their
opinions wouldn't have to be filtered through a representative except at
the end to pass the meeting results up the line. If the meeting had a
good secretary, individual responses could be preserved to be sent as
part of the meeting report.

The meeting report should include numbers of people present who voted
for what procedure, rather than a simple "Branch Q is in favor of..."
That way, the regional seneschal could take a total of yes/no/abstain
and arrive at a truer result.

Keep in mind, too, that any further name nominations should be sent
through our heraldic representatives (thanks, Daniel and Aelfwyn!) for
comment as we did the first set.
