Most of the admin. things can be taken care of by the SR seneschal.
Meeting dates and times will need to be coordinated with the event
steward if the meeting is going to be at an event.

Remember, folks, we don't _have_ to vote on everything that goes by. I
realise that we all like to exercise our constitutional right to vote,
but if the SR seneschal decides on, for instance, a voting procedure to
be used for choosing a regional name, that's the procedure we'll use.
